Escrow

Working with thousands of closing agents in California and across the US, Integrated Title administers a truly centralized solution—from witness-only closings to the most complex purchase-money transactions—all customized to our clients' specifications. Integrated Title offers daytime, evening, and weekend hours and the flexibility to schedule appointments in the borrower's home, place of business, or a more traditional office setting.

Closing Facilitation

Our centralized Escrow department works with you to review the title search, prepare the documents, and schedule the closing. One of our pre-qualified real estate signing professionals then attends the closing to witness and notarize the documents.

Document Preparation

We provide centralized preparation and delivery of HUD1 and HUD1A-in accordance with your instructions. Additionally, our department can prepare transfer deeds and various affidavits.

Disbursements

We disburse all funds from the transaction at our central location to allow for a secure and timely funding process.

Post-Closing Review

Post-closing review includes an audit of the executed loan documentation for completeness and recordability. All documents are scanned and uploaded to our secure Web portal for immediate viewing.
